The City of Edmonton and Edmonton City as Museum Project are partnering to explore one of our city’s most historically significant locations. Come down this Sunday for the River Crossing Pop-Up Museum to learn more about the history of the West Rossdale area while sharing your connection to this meaningful place.
Tour Edmonton’s ‘Avenue of Nations’ as Amrita builds on the Heroes of 107th exhibit, a multimedia profile of the compelling and diverse individuals who work and live in the 107 Ave area.
To celebrate Alberta Beer Week – this tour it is not for the beer faint of heart.
Take a 3 hour paddle down the North Saskatchewan and experience Edmonton’s history from the river’s point of view. Our tour guide will take us past significant points of interest through the downtown’s natural and human made vistas!
The first Retrofutures project from ECAMP takes the case of Omniplex to explore these and other questions. When the idea was first hatched fifty years ago, Omniplex was one of the boldest ideas in urban planning in Western Canada.
