John James “Jack” Willoughby

John James “Jack” Willoughby, son of John James and Mary Willoughby, of Kitscoty, Alberta. died March 30, 1918, Listed MIA, remains discovered in 1986 by a French farmer who built a memorial for Jack.

A member of Lord Strathcona’s Horse (Royal Canadians C company) died in a famous cavalry charge that helped save Amiens.
