My Great Uncle Thomas Allinson

My Great Uncle Thomas Allinson left Beaver Hill Lake to enlist in Edmonton Jan 10 1916. He was married to Kitty and had a young son Ernest. He was a member of the 78th Infantry Batt, and was promoted on the field in France and awarded the G.C. Badge. Upon his return from the war he joined the Edmonton Police service, and his uniform was later donated to the Royal Alberta Museum.
